OOAK victorian doll dress



Description OOAK dress for a 16" fashion doll (Tyler Wetworth, Brenda Starr by Tonner).

  • Printed dress has the tight-fitting, low pointed bodice, to the neckline is attached white collar. The darts are hidden under appliqued wine coloured stripes. The bell shaped sleeves are trimmed with a narrow frill. The bodice and the sleeves are lined. The gathered undersleeves are attached in the armpits with small snaps.
    The skirt is very full, bell, shaped, cartridge pleated.S

  • Hoop skirt with 5 rows of hoops guarantees the right shape of the skirt.

  • The dress complete salmon pink bonnet and white/brown laced up shoes "balmoral". The heels are made from 2-part epoxy putty.
Used materials
  • For the dress I used a fine printed viscose ;
  • a pale pink fine silk fo the lining of the bodice and sleeves
  • a wine coloured habotai for the stripes and the bonnet bands;
  • a white battiste for the collar and the hoop skirt
  • a white habotai for the undersleeves
  • a salmon fink habotai and a chiffon frill for the bonnet.
