Gaspara

When I customized this little doll (she is approx. 15 cm high), I found inspiration in dress worn by Dutch women in 17th century...
The body I took from "Pamela Love" (by Simba) - she has elbow, knee and hip joints, the head i took from Sally (made in China). Because she reminded me anime faces, I painted her face to look alike Jenny doll by Takara. Her hair I made from untangled dyed nylon rope.

Blue silk dress has tight fitting lined bodice and puffed sleeves. Stripes on the skirt are painted with mix of black contour colour and blue colour for silk.
To the under bodice are attached the lace-trimmed, battiste petticoat and the off-white glossy undersleeves.
The dress complete the lace trimmed cape, embroidered in rose pattern, the apron, the chiffon scarf, white stockings and cobalt blue shoes.
