Description |
Costume for 16"
doll Tyler Wentworth by Tonner.
- All parts of the dress have two layers - the sheer, and the white
opaque layer. The pleated skirt is of half-circular shape, at the back is little
longer and creates a short train. The bodice consists of 7 parts, is lined and
fastens back with
snaps. The central front part is embelished with a vintage lace and
beaded with small pearls and off-white tiniest glass beads.
- The two-part lace collar is permanently attached to the bodice; to
its outer circumference is stitched a steel "dental wire". The wire
continues to the bodice at 4 points. (the wire has the "memory", although you
can bend it easily, it returns to the original shape) The outer seam of
the collar is hidden under a fine silver trim, and the edge is beaded with small
pearls.
- The trapezoidal cloak is attached to the shoulders with snaps, hidden
under beaded buttons.
To the costume belong also the silver pumps and
the crocheted silver chain with the wire pendant, covered with silver and blue
glitters.
